Work the plan Once you have the plan, the outcome and the definition of success in your mind It's really important that you are allowed to be - Flexible in your approach to the plan But you must also remain - Rigid with the plan By this I mean, change the approach to the plan, but don't change the plan. the outcome remains the same, how you get there can be flexible.
