In this episode, I spend time basking in the sun of Dr. Todd Wolynn, pediatrician and CEO at Kids Plus Pediatrics in Pittsburgh, PA. I can talk to Dr. Wolynn for hours, but we tried hard to focus - and largely succeeded - on how to even get started on the idea of making significant change in your practice. But when I talk to or about Dr. Wolynn, I see some people tune it out because they think, "I can never do that!" Dr. Wolynn will explain that you HAVE to do whatever "that" is - and the sooner, the better.
