People of Purpose #95 Part 2: Zander Sprague ON - How EPIC Begins with 1 Step Forward (Part 2)
Figuratively, an epic is a long narrative poem in elevated style recounting the deeds of a legendary or historical hero. It can also refer to something that extends beyond the usual or ordinary, especially in size or scope. According to Zander, EPIC also stands for Every Pilgrimage Includes Commitment. Have you thought about what your EPIC goals are? If not, Zander suggests writing it down first. Get a pen and paper, and let the thoughts get out of your head. And from there, think and plan about how you will achieve these goals. What are the actions that you should take? Create systems and structures in your life that will guide you into this transformative journey. It may seem out of reach at first, and there will be detours along the way, but with a commitment to your plans and goals, you will surely get the EPIC life you want! Listen as the interview on Why EPIC begins with 1 step forward caps off with Zander talking about: How do turn roadblocks into scenic detours The 97/3 rule – for an instant empowering perspective How to visualize or realize your epic goals Get to know more about Zander Sprague: ⬇️ ➡️ Want to know more about what Zander does and further understand his EPIC journey? People of Purpose #95 Part 1: Zander Sprague ON - How EPIC Begins with 1 Step Forward
“No matter how prepared you think you are for the death of a loved one, it still comes as a shock, and it still hurts very deeply.” - Bill Graham Losing a family member is arguably one of the hardest things we will go through. That is why it feels harder when it is the other way around. You can never imagine the pain parents have to go through in this unfortunate event. But have you ever thought about what siblings go through in such an occurrence? Usually, the parents mainly receive the condolences and the emotional support. But how about the sisters and brothers left behind? Are they receiving the same support they need in these times of grief? As a result, Zander Sprague ended up writing about his own experience in his book . Additionally, this opened him up to pursue and create a more epic journey for himself and others.
