Part of being a human is being scared. It’s what kept us alive historically because we are not the top of the food chain. But these days when there are fewer saber-toothed tigers, we still feel a lot of fear. All this fear holds us back from living the life we truly want. After losing your baby to miscarriage, stillbirth or any other kind of loss these fears can be exacerbated. What used to be easy is now impossible. A lot of people live by the mantra “Do it scared!” and encourage you to push through the fear. Which sometimes works but often causes harm.
