Courage of persistence

Courage of persistence
We persist in areas that are important to us. Sometimes it takes persistence over a long period of time to achieve our objective. It took me over 20 years before I would allow myself to write my first book. There is a block to realizing more of my potential that I've been consciously aware of for decades. I keep chipping away at that block by allowing myself to be increasingly spontaneous in the present moment. Nevertheless, there is a contribution to the world I feel compelled to make that in my estimation, I'm holding back. I am having the thouht that I need to make more progress in healing this impediment in order to keep moving forward with my life. I am doing my best to accept where I'm at right now as I know that is the most effecient and effective way forward. As I assess where I am now, I hear a number of negative thoughts in my mind. They include, it's not safe to be you, you're lying to yourself about the value you think you have to contribute to the world, you don't deserve to thrive at the highest level, and you haven't healed this block after years of trying, what makes you think you can do it now. The more I accept the exisence of these and other negative thoughts, the moe space it makes for positive thoughts such as, I really do believe I and everyone else has the potential to realize their inspiration. I know their is great value in sharing win win solutions are an effective way to experience being ONE. I know advancing that understanding and behavior will dramatically improve life on Earth. It takes courage to accept the negative thinking that has held me back. Accepting the negative thoughts and choosing to proceed anyway is an act of courage and belief in myself. I do believe in myself and the value I have to offer. The outer world will tell me how congruent I am in that belief by its reflection back to me. So far, the world is telling me that I have partial belief in myself and my value, with more available for me to accept. I offer thought coaching if you're inspired to work with me in becoming more conscious of your thoughts and the freedom you have to select which thoughts you believe are true and which thoughts you choose to act on. Courage of my convictions

Courage of my convictions
Having the courage of my convictions is a challenge. I know and believe that believing in myself is necessary to thrive at the highest level. That becomes a challenge when believing in what I know to be true, and am committed to, is at odds with "conventional wisdom". The longstanding habit of going along with other's thinking and behavior in an effort to feel more connected, more included, more loved and more successful is a destructive habit. What works is trusting myself and what I know. I've tried to do things the way others do and by and large it hasn't worked for me. I can point to every good thing that has happened in my life and it's been the result of me being true to myself, allowing myself to be authentic. Sometimes that means saying and doing things that are different than what others say and do, and at times strongly recommend. My experience is that often my example of doing and thinking differently inspires others to change their thoughts and actions. I'm not trying to change anyone else's thinking or behavior so much as just trying to be myself. I believe the most powerful form of leadership is example. I am focused on being myself and if my example beneficially inspires others, than so be it. My focus is not in influencing others, but rather being myself. I believe, again and again, that being myself is my best chance of success. Recording this podcast has helped me strengthen my belief in myself. If it's inspired you to believe more in yourself, I'm happy for you; and that is a secondary benefit of me being myself. I offer coaching that supports you in further accepting and being yourself. Faith and creation
I have always been successful at creating what I want when I am at peace with the process of that creation and confident of my success. I have goals, inspiration and desires that I don't yet have the clarity and confidence to achieve. Fortunately, I have a method of addressing this situation. I know that acceptance is healing and the most efficient way forward is to have a greater acceptance of what is true right now. Right now, what's true is I have created a circumstance in my life that is bringing my resistance to having the success I want in the world to the forefront of my attention. From experience, I know this is an opportunity to make progress by learning all I can about this resistance. In my current situation, I'm working to go slowly and pay as close attention as possible to the thoughts and feelings that arise as I interact with the people trying to get me to purchase their marketing service. I'm curious to see what happens... I know the resistance is within me and needs to be healed through acceptance. Knowing this and doing it are 2 different things. Realizing my potential
01/24/2026
Realizing my potential
Inaccurate thoughts blind me to realizing my potential. The more conscious I can be of my thoughts and the power I have to choose which thoughts to believe and act on, the more I can access my unlimited potential consciouly. We all have unlimited potential. The more accepting of ourself, the more honest with ourself we are, the more we claim our power. We create the world we perceive with the thoughts we choose to believe and act on. That's the basis of the longstanding thought, "If you think you can, or if you think you can't, your're right". To realize my potential, I need to be increasingly conscious of my thoughts and the freedom and power I have to believe if the thoughts are true, and if I would benefit from acting on them or not. Relating more to our inner world creating our outer world

Relating more to our inner world creating our outer world
What I focus on grows in my reality. The more I focus on my inner life, the larger part of my experience of life is composed of my inner life. This is attractive because I have control of my inner life. My inner life are the thoughts and feelings I experience. The more conscious I am of my thoughts and feelings, the more positive and uplifting they become. Here's a real time example. A company to help me market my books was recommended to be by someone I have an uplifting relationship with. I've contacted the company because I felt care and concern for the person recommending them. So far, in taking initial steps to determine if I'm going to proceed with this company, I haven't felt the care and concern for me that I want in my life. I won't proceed with them unless and until I feel that genuine care. I'll respond to them articulating my "buying process" as best I can and see if I feel the genuine care I want in my life. That will determine if I proceed or not. This is me allowing my inner world of love and care to create an outer world that matches my inner world. I'm paying close attention to my thoughts and the emotion tied to the thoughts and the freedom I have to choose what thoughts to act on. This is how I gain ever greater mastery and choice in the life I experience and create. I offer thought coaching where you're supported in being aware of your thoughts and the freedom you have to choose which thoughts to believe are accurate and which thoughts you choose to act on. Learning and living the hard way

Learning and living the hard way
There have been times when, in retrospect, I've chosen to learn the hard way to make sure the learning "sunk in" deeply. In general I do my best to learn the easy way. I look for the insights and changes in thinking and behavior I can make to create a smoother, happier, more loving and joyful life. For sure, there are more changes to be made to maximize that. The change that is coming up for me now is to stop being so hard and critical of myself. Telling myself over and over that I'm not living up to my potential, that I'm not using my talents all I could be, that I could have created a much better life for myself than I have; aren't helping me. I choose to acknowledge those thoughts and allow more accurate thoughts to enter my mind. That would include; I've grown a great deal in this life, I've lifted myself and many others up, I've made a great many spiritual principles practical for myself and others, and the list goes on. I've led a life to be proud of. I want to at least reduce the degree to which I live the life the hard way as a result of being so critical of myself. I just need to be aware of the negative thoughts and choose not to act on them. I offer thought coaching for those who want to change their world by claiming and exercising their power to choose what thoughts to act on. Allowing Alignment
01/17/2026
Allowing Alignment
We thrive at our highest level when mind, body and spirit are in alignment. I understand mind to be our thoughts, body to be our actions and spirit to be our essence. Of the 3, our spirit, the part of us that is ONE with GOD and all that exists, never changes. Therefore, to have greater alignment we need to change our thinking and our behavior to be in alignment with our essence, spirit, that never changes. One way we create this alignment is to act on thoughts that have the devine qualities as part of them. Those devine qualities include love, compassion, peace, self confidence, high self esteem, joy, enthusiasm and in general all uplifting emotions. The more we act on a thouht, the more the emotion tied to that thought becomes a larger part of our experience of life. Another way to create alignment is to be conscious and fully engaged in the present moment, allowing our essence to freely express. In my coaching I help people recognize the many times they're in alignment and how that is created so they can make being in alignment a larger part of their life. Trusting what I know
01/15/2026
Trusting what I know
I know what works for me, and it is different than what most people would advise. Acting on thoughts that have uplifting emotions as part of them, works best for me. I meditate daily. In my meditation I listen to the thoughts that arise and take note of the emotion tied to each thought. I do my best to take note of the thoughts that have emotions I want more of in my life and act on those thoughts. Thoughts that have emotions that I don't want more of, I do my best to let go and choose not to act on them. I know that's not how most people go about living their life. I hope they find what works for them and do that. I wish success to everyone, regardless of how they define success. Their is a longstanding pull to abondon focusing on what works for me and I know to be true in favor of adopting what works for others, or is commonly believed to work. I find I need to remind myself often to focus on what works for me, what I believe are the true measures of success, what I believe to be true rather than trying to adopt what others recommend. I listen to others and consider their input, and decide to act or not act on their advice depending on the emotion and resonance I feel connected to their advice. Sometimes, I agree with the advice and don't seem to be able to access the energy and clarity to implement the suggestion. I've come to accept that sometimes I don't have access to the resources within myself at that moment to implement a suggestion I believe would beneficial to me and others. That's ok. I wanted to write a book for 20 years before I finally did. It took growth over decades to allow myself to write and publish books. Now, I've written and published 13 books as of this writing. The growth and clarity it takes to create something I want in myh life takes as long as it takes to achieve. Understanding what growth is requied to be effective at creating something in my life I desire has helped me be more efficient in my growth. I know that to create the contribution I desire to share with society, I need to accept and relate more fully to being ONE with all that exists. It's wonderful to know the cause of my success and be able to focus on that. You can reach me for thought coaching at for a free introductory session. My books are available on Amazon. Finding Daily Inspiration

Finding Daily Inspiration
At our highest level we are present. One way to move more in that direction is to take things one day at a time. I meditate daily taking note of uplifting thoughts I can use to make my day as great as possible. Today, I am inspired in meditation to more and more see everyone and everything as a projection of myself. When I think of the people I'll be meeting with today, I have great respect for them and find associating with them to be uplifting. That can only mean I have great respect for myself and find listening to and accepting myself uplifting. When I find myself being frustrated with others not making faster progress, I know that is a projection of my own impatience with my spiritual growth, my acceptance of being ONE. When I accept that self criticism, I find that acceptance of the existence of the negative thought to make space for a more accurate thought which is, "I'm doing very well at being increasingly honest with, accepting of myself, growing spiritually." As I write this, I am experiencing love for myself and an enhanced feeling of well being. I am having the thought, I am doing what I should be doing with my life. I am at peace. All this is available to me because I begin my day with listening deeply to myself and choosing to act on uplifting thoughts and heal negative thoughts by accepting therir existence and choosing not to act on them. Healing the world
01/13/2026
Healing the world
When we heal ourself, we heal the world. We create the world as a projection of our thinking. When we are more conscious of our thoughts and how they create our world, the thoughts and behaviors change for the better, as does our life, as does our world. If you ask a number of people to describe the world as it is now, it's likely you'd get very different descriptions. This is a testament to the fact that we create our own world. Once we accept that we have the power to create our own world, we cabn utilize more of that power as we choose. However, some thoughts are uplifting and others are self defeating. Some people drink large amounts of alcohol in an effort to escape emotional pain. Eventually that drinking and denial creates even greater suffering. On the other hand, being kind to people lifts everyone up and creates a better world. I choose to create as kind, wise, loving world as I can. I do my best to align with what is true and uplifting. Choosing our challenges
01/12/2026
Choosing our challenges
We can select how much and what we want to do with our life. Every course of action has challenges associated with it. I've chosen to make all I can of my life. I've set a goal of fully accepting and relating to being ONE with all that exists. I can monitor my progress by tracking the degree to which I see that awareness reflected back to me in the world. At this point I see I have friends and cliens where our relationship reflects that we do all we can to help and uplift one another. That win win thinking is a reflection of being ONE. My podcasts reflect this win win orientation and being ONE orientation as well. The podcasts have been downloaded in over 130 countries. There is more internal acceptance ahead of me as my perception is that the dominant thinking throughout the world is zero sum, not win win. I know as I more fully accept and relate to being ONE, that win win thinking, the understanding that what we do to anyone we're doing to ourself, and our percepting of everyone is a reflection of my perception of myself; will be my experienced of life. To accomplish this I need to have a greater and more complete acceptance of the fact I am ONE with all that exists. I work on this every day, accepting where I'm at in my progress. This represents a big challenge for me. I could change the challenge I've taken on at any time, and I choose not to. I offer thought coaching. In that process my clients learn what thoughts they are acting on and the choice to select what thoughts they will act on going forward. This is true freedom. Being connected
01/09/2026
Being connected
We all want deeper connections. What we benefit from knowing is that the source of the deeper connections we seek is a deeper connection with ourself. When we're deeply connected to ourself, we're deeply connected to everyone else. For example, if I'm deeply accepting and understanding of myself, confident of who I am, I can more easily open up to others and provide an accepting environment for them to open up to me, resulting in a deeper connection. We grow our connection to ourself by listening to ourself. By listening to our thoughts we become more connected to ourself. By listening to our body, we become more connected to ourself. Take time to listen to yourself and note the difference it makes in your life. I offer coaching that will assist you in becoming more connected and accepting of yourself and enjoy the benefits of doing that. Transitioning from identifying ourself as being separate to identifying as being ONE
01/08/2026
Transitioning from identifying ourself as being separate to identifying as being ONE
The more we relate to seeing everyone as a projection of ourself, the more we relate to being ONE and the less separate we feel. There is love, joy, flow, inspiration and everything good being experienced when we are experiencing being ONE. There is no suffering. The way to be more in the zone, experiencing more of being ONE, more conscious of the present moment is to be conscious of when we're not in that state. My experience is that by accepting I am identifying with being an individual and all the suffering that comes with that, the more that acceptance throws me out of the suffering of thinking I'm separate and into the experience of being ONE. When we're in the flow, experiencing being ONE, we are not thinking; just being spontaneous. We're not aware of time. These descriptions attempting to describe what it is to be ONE in the present moment, are approximations. The full greatness of being present in the flow can only be experienced. All descriptions falll short of that experience. From the perspective of being an individual, you can reach me for a free introductory coaching session where we build our capacity to use thought to end thought, and live more experiencing the present moment, what it is to be ONE. Seeing ourself in others
01/07/2026
Seeing ourself in others
Our perception of others is a projection of ourself. We can only recognize in others what we have in ourself. Otherwise we could not relate to or identify with others. I have many friends who take responsibility for creating the most loving, joyfull and happy life they can. That's me too. At times I see people struggling. I can relate to that as well. The more I accept struggling, the more that acceptance heals it in both me and others. Instead of seeing then as struggling I see their determination to create a better life in action. The more we identify with others, the more we experience what it is to be ONE with all that exists. Accepting that truth brings us into greater alignment with who we truly are, greater self acceptance. In experiencing the deep connection that is part of being ONE we feel safe, loved, secure and confident. If you are engaged in efforts to uplift the world, I offer coaching. Part of what I offer is the understanding that in order to have a greater positive impact in the world than the current impact, it is necessary that we grow in our own self acceptance. We must work on ourself in order to be stronger and more able to have a greater positive impact in the world. If that's you, contact me at . My books are available on Amazon. Empathetic Healing
The more I learn, understand and relate to what it means to be ONE with all that exists, the more I understand the role empathetic healing can play in increasing my acceptance of being ONE. All that I perceive is a projection of myself. That includes other people in my life. They are a projection of me. This gives me great power. If someone is suffering and I can relate to that suffering within me, I can heal it in me through acceptance. Once that suffering is healed within me, I no longer experience that "other person" as suffering. That is what is happening with empathetic healing. Part of me believes this is too good to be true. And, it seems to be working. I am a huge fan of accepting and engaging with what works, so I'm going to engage in empathetic healing more and more as long as it works for me. What it means to be myself
01/03/2026
What it means to be myself
For decades I've been sharing and resonating with the thought that "being myself is my best chance at success". This podcast digs into a greater understanding and acceptance of what it means to be myself. Much of what being myself includes is trusting and respecting and acting on what I know to be true. For example, I know the most efficient way forward is to have a more complete acceptance of what is true right now. I know that I have the capacity to experience all the positive emotions I desire independent of other people. I know that my perception of other people is a projection of myself. Being myself means increasingly acting on these and other thoughts I know to be true. Accepting that I have access to all the wisdom that exists is a big part of what it means to be myself. I draw on that wisdom for guidance and strength. I offer thought coaching where my clients are supported in claiming their power to choose which of their thoughts they want to act on. That freedom to choose what thoughts to act on is the freedom to create the life we consciously desire. How perspectives fit together
01/01/2026
How perspectives fit together
I awoke wanting to have a greater acceptance and understanding of how the various perspectives I experience fit together. In response, I asked that question in meditation and here's what I got... The stress in my life comes from giving more creedence to what other people say works than trusting what I've proven works for me. I've gotten jobs that were the perfect jobs for me that I didn't apply for and didn't realize at the time were the perfect jobs for me. In every case I got those jobs by being myself, not trying to be what I thought the employer wanted. When I was searching for someone to marry and spend the rest of my life with, being set up didn't work for me. I met my wife of more than 38 years going to a spiritual program I enjoyed participating with. What works for me is being myself; the spiritually oriented, joyful, wise, compassionate person I am. To be at peace and more confident I need to continually accept more fully who I am and allow myself to more freely express that. Fortunately, I have decades of experience demonstrating this is what works for me. Understanding, accepting and expressing who I am is what makes all the pieces of my life and perspectives work together. I hope this results in you taking some time to notice and more fully accept what works for you. It's likely what works for is not what works for others, and who cares, as long as it works for you. I offer thought coaching. One thing I often do in my coaching is support clients in becoming increasingly conscious of what works for them and allow that to grow in their lives. Making every day fresh and new
If we're growing spiritually, growing in our self acceptance, then every day is new. If it's not, it's a sign there is growth available to us. We can access that growth by being more focused in the present moment, more conscious of the thoughts in our mind, more aware of how our body is at this moment, or any other way that creates a focus in the present moment. We all have unconsious thoughts that impact our life. I offer thought coaching to move thoughts from the unconscious to the conscious. When we are aware of a thought, we have the opportunity to choose to act on it or not. Detachment

Detachment
Being attached to physical world outcomes doesn't produce the emotional benefits I desire. Only internal acceptance of the wholeness I am can give me the conscious experience of the love, joy, wisdom, energy, compassion and powerf I desire. Being increasingly focused internally allows me to be more detached to physical world circumstances. For example, accepting that I whole and complete as I am allows me to act with less concern about how I'll be perceived by others. This greater detachment allows me to take action more freely because I'm not counting on others outside of my control to behave in a certain way for me to be happy and content. I am aware that I already am happy and content; that those emotions are already part of who I am. Being detached from the physical world gives us greater freedom to effectively create the world we desire for ourselves. Physical aspects of spiritual healing

Physical aspects of spiritual healing
Almost all of us have had incorrect thoughts through out our life. Those inaccurate thoughts eventually create a physical problem. As we accept our thoughts and realize which are true and which are false, we release the disease that the false thoughts have created. I recorded this podcast because I am experiencing alot of lactic acid in my muscles even when I'm not exercising. I was concerned that there might be an underlying physical problem causing that. As I put myself in a centerd state in recording the podcast, I became increasingly confident that the lactic acid is part of healing the physical component of false thinking. That it's a good thing. I believe we have the answers to our questions within us. The more accurately and deeply we listen to ourself, the more, I believe, we'll uncover accurate answers we'll benefit from. There is value in getting input from ohers, and ultimately it's our choice and responsibility how we act. I offer thought coaching where I support you in being increasingly aware of your thoughts and the freedom and responsibility you have to select which thoughts to act on. Resistance to self realization

Resistance to self realization
We all have unlimited potential. It's internal resistance that prevents us from claiming ownership of that potential and consciously directing it as we choose. Healing takes place through acceptance. That includes healing the resistance within us that is keeping us from consciousy accepting the magnificence we are and consciously using our power and ability. In this podcast I attempt to more fuly accept the resistance I do and don't have to taking ownership of my potential. It's a chalenge for me not to jump forward and try to act in spite of the resistance right away, or try to deny the existence of the resistance, or to be angry that the resistance exists at all. Today, as best I can, I'm going to study my resistance; learn all I can about it. This what acting on my belief "the most efficient way forward is to have a greater acceptance of what is true right now" looks like. I offer thought coaching to support being more aware of our thoughts and the freedom and power we have to choose which thoughts we act on. Deepening inner focus

Deepening inner focus
When we focus on the deepest part of ourselves, we are focusing on the part of ourself that is eternal and will never change; the best part of our self. Because our innermost part will never change, to have alignment and all the benefits of alignment we need to get the parts of us that do change to align with our innermost self. We can change our thinking, our behavior, our relationships, and how we view ourself. So how do we increase our focus on our innermost self? For me, it's what's left when thinking stops, peace. My thinking stops when I observe thoughts as they arise in my mind and choose to acknowledge their existence and not act on them; allow the thoughts to drift out of mind just as they drifted into my mind. Having the thought that this peace is part of me and there to be experienced whenever I want is a comforting thought. I offer thought coaching where we increase acceptance of the thoughts in our mind and the freedom we have to choose what thoughts to act on. Finding solutions
12/17/2025
Finding solutions
We've all had something that has worked for us in life. Identifying that allows us to choose to do more of what works for us, finding solutions. For me it's persistance and meditation. I ask myself. "am I going to give up" when confronted with challenges I don't currently know how to meet. Invaribly, the answer that I come up with is, "No, I'm not giving up". Then I meditate, accepting the thoughts in my mind. At first the thoughts are usually negative and defeatist. As I accept the existence of. those thoughts and choose not to act on them, invariably I get an idea of something else I could try. I know every attempt increases my belief in myself regardless of the outcome. Making the attempt itself makes me stronger and more effective. I find myself asking myself the question, do things work out for me? I would say yes in the long run and often times no in the short run. I think I should redefine what I understand "working out" to mean. I feel strong and at peace when I'm making one more attempt even if that attempt doesn't seem to work in the physical world.. That attempt is a success in helping me feel better about myself and stronger, even if it seems to not work in the physical world. Upon reflection, just identifying and making the attempt fills me with hope and optimism. I'm prepared to call that success. In producing this podcast, I've come aware of one more attempt I can make today and am more optimistic as a result. I offer thought coaching to strengthen your acceptance of your freedom to choosed what thoughts to act on. If this is of interest to you, contact me at to schedule a free initial consultation. My Resistance
12/14/2025
My Resistance
We all have resistance to tapping our unused abilities. By accepting the existence of that resistance, we heal it in part. My resistance, like a great many others, is the fear that if I accept and claim my wisdom, power and ability, I'll be ostracized and written off as not being a credible person. This fear of being completely myself has been with me as long as I can remember. I've chipped away at the fear. The phrase, "There is no gaurantee that being myself will work, and I'm certain if it doesn't work, nother else would either. It's my best chance." has been a big help to me. Many times in my life I've found I need to more fully accept and express myself in order to move forward. I've done this inspite of the fear. Every time I can think of, the results have been tremendously positive. I know I have both the wisdom and inspiration to dramatically uplift the consciousness of the world. I believe I have the communication skills to make this happen. I believe it is only my fear that is holding me back. The more I accept my fear, the more determined I find myself to act inspite of that fear. Here is some of the wisdom the world needs now to progress positively. THE ONLY WAY TO SATISFY OUR NEED TO EXPERIENCE POWER IS TO ACCEPT THE POWER WE HAVE OVER OURSELF. NO AMOUNT OF AUTHORITARINISM, NO AMOUNT OF MONEY, NO AMOUNT OF FOLLOWERS, WILL EVER FILL THAT NEED. ONLY ACCEPTING OUR POWER OVER OUR SELF FILLS OUR NEED TO EXPERIENCE POWER. Another piece of wisdom the world needs now is: WHAT WE DO TO OTHERS WE ARE DOING TO OURSELF. WHEN WE UPLIFT OTHERS, WE ARE UPLIFTED. WHEN WE HURT OTHERS, WE ARE HURT. THERE IS A WIN WIN SOLUTION TO EVERY PROBLEM. THERE HAS TO BE BECAUSE WE ARE ALL ONE. I hope my example of acknowledging my fear and choosing to act in spite of it inspites you to do the same. After all, example is the most powerful form of leadership. As Gandhi said, be the change you want to make in the world. I offer thought coaching to help claim the freedom to choose which thoughts we act on. Finding my way back to center
12/10/2025
Finding my way back to center
I woke up this morning feeling my autonomic nervous system had forgotten how to breath. I seemed to have to consciously choose to breath. The thoughts I had were "I'm failing", "give up", "you can't continue on" and the like. Once I noticed the thought "I can't find my way back to center", I knew what I had to do. Even though part of me thought it wouldn't make any difference, I began my morning meditation. In meditation I realized I need to take greater ownership of my life path of advancing the acceptance that we are all ONE in the world. Thinking about doing that gives rise once again to the fear that I'd be ostracized and alone if I shared that. I know that fear and thought are not accurate, and it's still a challenge to act in spite of that fear. This is the understanding I need in this moment to keep moving forward. I encourage myself by reminding myself that every time I've shared myself more fully it's worked out well for me, despite my fears. Everytime we succeed in restoring ourself to a centered state, our effectiveness and belief in our ability to do that increases. It's important to know what works for us in restoring ourself to a centered state. I offer thought coaching to enhance your ability to be conscious of the thoughts in your mind and to choose which thoughts by believe are true and which thoughts you choose to act on.
