This quiz program was originally aired May 5, 2025. It’s our first semifinal of the 2025 season. This quiz program was originally aired April 28, 2025, eight months prior to this rebroadcast. Keep this in mind for the current events round (no. 2). “Scholastic Games,” is weekly high school quiz program featuring the schools of Lorain County, Ohio, in the heart of mid-America. It is a 17-program series produced from January through May of each year. Yes, we’re about to begin our new season with a first competition to be released Tuesday, January 27th, at 6 p.m. EST. Meanwhile this program features last year’s quarterfinal winners Black River High School and Vermilion High School. Our other semifinalists, Avon and Sheffield Brookside, will be heard here beginning January 12th and our championship the week after that. Our 36th season will be inaugurated on Tuesday, January 27th, after 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
