THE MIGHTY TURTLE PODCAST
Hi, my name is Karen Vasquez and I have been living with scleroderma and sarcoidosis shortly after my service in the Navy. I began blogging in 2009 to share my experiences. At first, it was simply to raise awareness, but the more people I met with different conditions the more I realized that we may have different diagnoses, but we have a lot in common. We are all in this together and many of us are living longer, more fulfilling lives. People used to ask me what was wrong with my hands and when I explained it, they got depressed. Then, I started using humor. Humor is amazing for teaching because if I can make someone laugh, they are more likely to remember what I tell them. In 2013, I began doing stand-up comedy but have slowed down this year because I had some major complications. Successful comedians must tour and it's too much for me right now. Podcasting isn't the same as a live interaction with my audience, but I can still tell funny stories and talk to guests. Please follow, download episodes and be sure to say hello on social media.
ARTIST SOLACE
Artist Solace is a place where we can meet to listen and learn about the journey of an Artist. My job here is to orchestrate discussions and interviews with artists I find particularly interesting. We will learn about what they find meaningful to pursue in their lives regarding their Art and struggles they experience doing so. While learning about about these artists journeys, we can find inspiration, support, comfort, and-most importantly-solace. I hope you are interested in coming and that you will ride along with me during my journey exploring this place.

A Southern mystery with a touch of Sci-Fi, WAVA is a limited-series audio drama brought to life in eight chapters.
TWO LEFT FEET PODCAST
Home of the Two Left Feet Podcast! My goal is to give a voice to amazing performance dancer's and instructors. A lot of times we only see them perform. But they have so much more than that to offer ! Performs and instructors have a voice, a story, and experience. They have tips/hints. Value to give to people outside of their amazing choreography. I just want to facilitate spreading their voice/story via podcast.
STILL LIVES
Thirteen years after the fall of modern civilization, five survivors live in relative harmony on an isolated farm, where they rarely discuss their lives Before. The delicate balance of this household is upturned when a sixth survivor arrives at their doorstep with an empty stomach and a world of possibilities. The group grapples with the implications of the new arrival – the resurrection of long-lost hopes and the introduction of very real dangers – ultimately embarking on a journey that will force them to confront the lives they lived Before and the question of what it means to live a good life in a post-apocalyptic world.

Bridging the Gap is a commentary on race, gender, and marginalization at Duke and beyond, a series of conversations with Duke’s diverse student body and discussing their experiences navigating identity, discrimination, tokenism, and more at an institution that, at times, propagates the sort of systemic aggressions our nation is protesting against today.
