THE SPORTS COUNCIL
The Sports Council is a Washington-based show focused on sports in the Pacific Northwest. Along with host Jamie Council, listen to some of the more unique sports stories in the PNW. With a personality shaped by sports, and a professional background of traditional sports media, Jamie found that the stories she was most passionate about covering were the ones that might not otherwise be told of the good surrounding the greatness of the sports world. The Pacific Northwest is home to some of the best hiking, the wine world's hidden secret, and a mecca for sports. The Sports Council hopes to find the traditional and non-traditional sports stories in the back yard of those in the upper-left USA to show the passion that lies behind the dedication of the sports world. Catch the show Thursdays at 11:30 AM over the air on 1340 ESPN, on demand at https://1340espnradio.com, where ever you get your podcasts by searching for the "Sports Council", or now also available via YouTube
