You see in 2008 my first daughter was born and everything shifted for me. I went from wanting to climb the corporate ladder to wanting to have more Control of my TIME, my INCOME, the IMPACT I would have on this plant and the LEGACY I would leave behind. 

So I started down a journey that would change my life and in the process the Startup Dad Movement was born. 

In 2014 I launched the Startup Dad Headquarters Podcast which quickly climbed to the iTunes New and Noteworthy ranks hitting #1 in Business, Family and Education. After a year of interviewing 140 successful Entrepreneur Dads all over the world. I took the LEAP (left corporate) and started my first PROFITABLE business. Webinar Production… within 2 months I had reached 5 figures in gross sales and hired my first contract employee. Within a year I had grown the business to 6 figures… In 2017 I rebranded to Integrator and Co. a multiple 6-figure Funnel Building Agency with 4 Employees. But most importantly, not only have I built a business that have given me true freedom and the ability to provide for my family, I have built a business that has helped over 63 clients generate hundreds of thousands of leads, millions of dollars and serve their customers to their highest potential.
