FREKVENS YOGA

THE CHAT CONNECTION
There is a constant challenge in speaking about relationships and falsely labeled stigmas I feel we need to normalize because NO ONE is immune to them. So come join me every Saturday, while I debunk some myths and misconceptions in relationships, social injustices, business, and mental health in order to normalize discussions around these topics one chat at a time. In the process, I'm sure you can laugh, learn, and gain insight to conversations you would be reluctant to participate in or have access to; ultimately bringing us closer as a human race.
HUMANIZE: STORIES FROM THE HEART ABOUT SOCIAL JUSTICE
It’s easy to say you believe in social justice, but engaging in honest conversations about race can be deeply uncomfortable, vulnerable, messy, and complex. Join co-hosts Courthney Russell (social entrepreneur, activist and doctor) and Emily Braucher (keynote speaker and mom) as they take on the kind of interracial dialogue needed to disrupt the current social order and create equity.
