Hayatın binbir halini Istanbul’da ve Berlin’de yaşamış kişiler olarak konuşacağız. Bu şehirlerin bizleri bunaltan yanlarından, büyülü yönlerinden bahsedeceğiz. Tarihe de döneceğiz zaman zaman. Berlin’e bayılıyoruz. Gri gökyüzünden nefret ediyor, ama her güzelin bir kusuru vardır diye düzenli olarak şikayet etmeyi de ihmal etmeyerek, katlanıyoruz. İstanbul’u özlüyoruz. Bazen neyini özlüyoruz ki diye sorguluyoruz, ama sonra özlenmeyecek gibi de olmadığında anlaşıyoruz. Tüm göçmenler gibi bir arada deredelik, bir çelişkililik hali içindeyiz yani. Entegre olmayı da, asimile olmayı da reddediyoruz ama ait olmayı seviyoruz. Bizi tutarsızlıkla suçlayanlara ilk hak verecek de biziz, ruh halimiz günden güne değişiyor olabilir. Almanca’ya ne kadar hakim olduğumuz tartışılır, ama Almanca kaba diyenlere hayretle bakıyoruz. Almanların bu kadar uzun olmasını gereksiz buluyor, niye ki diye sorguluyoruz. Kıskandığımız yalan! Genelleme yapmaya bayılsak da, yaptığımız genellemelerin ne kadar anlamsız oldugunu bilecek kadar kafamız çalışıyor. O nedenle “Bu Almanlar da” diye başlayan cümleler kurmaktan imtina ediyoruz. Şaşırıp da kurarsak, tövbeler ediyoruz. Okumayı çok seviyoruz, gezmeyi de, gözlemlemeyi de, bunları sohbetlerimize taşımayı da. Bizce bizi bir dinleyin. Biz kimiz? Serenad Yılmaz 2010 yılında İstanbul’dan Berlin’e taşındı, grafik tasarımcılık yapıyor. Yener Bayramoğlu 2011 yılında öğrenci olarak geldiği Berlin’de Medya Çalışmaları bölümünde öğretim görevlisi olarak çalışıyor. Araştırmaları kuir yaşam üzerine odaklanıyor. Aysuda Kölemen 2017 yılında İstanbul’dan Essen’e, sonra da 2018 yazında Berlin’e göç etti. O da üniversitede Karşılaştırmalı Siyaset Bilimi alanında ögretim görevlisi. Yarışmaya Berlin’den katılıyor ve diğer podcastçi arkadaşlara şans diliyorlar.
