STRANGE DAZE
Strange Daze is a bi-weekly podcast from the creators of Straight Talk MD, hosted by anesthesiologist Frank Sweeny. EMPOWERED BEAUTY PODCAST
Welcome to the Empowered Beauty podcast, where we dive deep into the heart of the beauty industry to uncover what it truly takes to empower clients to own their unique style of beauty. We believe that when clients leave a beauty clinic feeling happier and more confident than when they arrived, it's a job well done. But here's the thing: to empower our clients, we first need to empower ourselves as Therapists and Clinic Managers. That's why we're taking you on a journey inside the world of Brazilian Beauty, where we'll explore the secrets to delivering a truly remarkable beauty experience. Join me, your host Andrew Bryant, as we delve into the inner workings of the Brazilian Beauty brand, a company I founded back in 2004. After 16 incredible years, I made the tough decision to sell the business and the Australian Skin Institute to a former partner Fran Webster in early 2020. But my passion for my team and fostering an environment where growth, teamwork and the unified pursuit of excellence are brighter than ever. I'm excited to share the conversations and experiences from those years with you on this podcast. So come with us and hear how the team I lead in Australia's booming beauty industry discovered the true meaning of empowered beauty.
