Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.
So you might notice these DISC letters, D-I-S-C, if you’ve taken a behavioral assessment or use that. You don’t need to know DISC or use it for this, I just built, we used to use that as our psychometric assessment so I built this model around DISC. ‘Cause what I found was, there was a corresponding business function to your personality type. So, if you are a Type A results driven leader, you know you come to work everyday and you focus on growth and execution. Right, if you are an influencer type, a sales or promoter type that’s the kind of business leader you are, you come to work everyday and you lead through the goggles of sales and marketing. If you’re an S type, a supportive type, personally you likely come to work and think operationally, teams, process, systems...And if you’re an analytical type, you likely come into work everyday and through those goggles you’re likely working on finance, technology, you know and the details, the checks and balances, compliance, governance of the business. So, these are the four quadrants that we’re gonna talk about.
Like and follow this podcast so you can learn more. My name is Carl Gould and this has been your #70secondCEO.
