Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one-minute investment every day for a lifetime of result.

The more conservative part of your team is giving you the risk. The more aggressive part of your team is telling you the upside here saying no, we're not doing one or the other we're doing both.

We're going to manage that risk, and we're going to grow we are going to open and we're going to be safe. Okay, and if that means we open to 10% capacity, but we're open to 10% capacity. I've been telling restaurant owners. Why are you closed? Well, we're not allowed anyone inside. Look at this huge parking lot. Have you ever heard of a drive-in restaurant, you ever hear of Sonic? Serve them out in the parking lot. Oh, I think I could do that. All right, you can serve them in the park lot, like doing it. Now. I picked up the curbside. I lectured this one restaurant I go to a lot. I lecture the guy I'm like, what are you doing? You know people lined up out here for curbside delivery, you should have your parking lot full with people you're serving, let them eat here.
