- Be really clear about your “why”. What is your purpose?

20.25 Morning routines are powerful. How do you motivate and prepare yourself for your day? Tony commits three hours of his day, to “me time”. How does he do it? Schedule an “arrangement” with yourself so you get the best from yourself every day.
Sleep, hydration and exercise should feature heavily, early in your day, every day. Consider a fasting schedule twice a week. Rituals are important. Focus creates change!
