Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
We're gonna take the consistent daily action, because if you take that disciplined structured action every single day you’ll get to the promised land, I mean think about it for a moment. If you learn, if you create as part of your plan you create a nutrition plan and that nutrition plan says “you know what over the rest of my life, I’m gonna have like 300 times 30, I’m gonna have 10,000 vitamins in my life”. Are you gonna go out buy a box of 10,000 vitamins and eat them all at once or you gonna take one a day or your couple per day. You're gonna do a little bit everyday of course, that’s the aspirin, that’s the surgery but the follow-up, that’s the vitamins so let’s get rid of the headache and then let’s put the systems in place that allows you to achieve long term and your comeback will be complete as well. You’ve been through adverse times before. You’ve used your personnel for this in order to get through it, you can do it again, you can use those same resources over and over again.
