We talked about The Happiness Project and it has been very successful for many people but it may not work all the time end it might not work for you. In fact it might be true that you may not discover real happiness until you are much older in life. Today once again I call on my friend Richard Rohr to help me better understand something that I believe is true. That is that most of us make our greatest achievement and live at our best well past our 40s.
And today we are plagued with the rise in suicide, depression, drug use, and deep unhappiness among young people and young adults. And perhaps the answer for all of us is not to make happiness a project but indeed to have service projects in our life that make other people happy.
Just an idea for your thought and consideration as we are truly in the twilight zone of trying to figure out how to live a good and happy life today.
