In this episode, I sit down with Dr. ChĂ©rie Carter-Scott, a true pioneer in the coaching world and often called âthe Mother of Coaching.â ChĂ©rie has been shaping the field since the 1970s, and talking with her was like getting a masterclass in wisdom, warmth, and straight-up presence. We cover how coaching has evolved, what makes someone truly coachable, and how culture shapes the coaching process. ChĂ©rie also shares stories from her life, insights on finding purpose, and reflections from her new memoir that ties her personal journey to her classic Rules for Being Human. Read more about...

I caught up with my mates from Austin, Brian Robertson and Graham Pilger, the founders of a psychedelic church that defies all the usual stereotypes. We talked about creating spiritual connection without dogma, and how their community uses psychedelics to foster healing, transformation, and real human connection - with a healthy dose of humor. Iâve done their journeys twice, and theyâre not culty, not therapy, and not just a trip. We dive into what actually happens at these events, how theyâre integrating embodiment and trust, and what shifts when you bring your mum along for the ride....

I sat down with my colleague and teaching partner, Dr. Helen Machen-Pearce, to dive into a topic that comes up in nearly half of my coaching sessions: boundaries. Whether itâs around work, family, or personal purpose, boundaries are essential for resilience and avoiding burnout â yet so many people find them difficult to navigate. Helen brings her background as a psychiatrist and embodiment teacher into the conversation, and we explore how boundaries impact everything from trauma recovery to the ability to live a life aligned with our values. Itâs a rich, practical discussion that...

Charles Cornish-Dale - better known as Raw Egg Nationalist - joins me for a frank chat on masculinity, food, and the politics that bind them. Recently doxxed, heâs no longer behind a pseudonym and has plenty to say now that heâs speaking openly. We talk about his new book The Last Men, the controversial Eggs Benedict Option cookbook, and why he sees modern health as a cultural battlefield. Testosterone, tradition, media narrativesânothingâs off the table. Charles is sharp, provocative, and doesnât fit neatly into anyoneâs box. Whether you agree with him or not, thereâs a lot...

My old friend Aboodi Shabi is someone Iâve known since my early days in the coaching world. Aboodi has been coaching longer than most in the UK, and he joined me to explain how his journey has evolved. We talk about his work at Henley Business School, where he now teaches part-time, and how he balances that with his own coaching practice. We also explore the influence of yoga and other embodied practices on his work. Itâs a grounded, thoughtful chat with one of the most experienced voices in the field and a really useful one for all coaches. Read more about Aboodi Shabi's coaching work...

Relationship coach and podcast host Sabrina Zohar joined me to explore about what really matters in modern dating. We got into growth-minded partners, emotional regulation, nervous system work, and why self-awareness isnât the same as actually doing the work. We also unpacked how to spot narcissists (hint: it's not just someone who doesnât text back), the misuse of trauma talk, and the pitfalls of dating advice culture. If you care about relationships with depth, not drama, this oneâs for you. Read more about Sabrina here: ------------------------------------------------------...

Iâm sharing some personal reflections from my new life in Slovenia. Itâs just me on the mic, exploring themes of home, belonging, and what it means to truly feel settled - both in a place and in the body. As someone who has lived all over the world, Iâve had plenty of cross-cultural experiences that shape how I see things. I talk about migration, embodiment, and the nervous systemânot just from a personal perspective, but also how these ideas play out in society. Since moving here, a lot has come into focus for me, and this episode is a chance to unpack some of that. ...

Coach and Playboy model Savannah for a conversation that cuts through the noise. We explore the tension between drive and surrender - when to push and when to let go - and what it really means to pursue deep wellbeing in a world hooked on distraction. From curiosity and discipline to the pull of tech addiction and the impact of objectifying media, we get honest about the cultural forces shaping us. We also dive into the Madonnaâwhore complex, inner beauty, getting back to nature, and how psychedelics like ketamine can help (or hinder) the integration of our full selves. Savannah brings a...
