Maintenance agreements are the key to generating reoccurring revenue. Its business that you don’t have to resell each time they run out of or need a new widget.
They say the easiest sale is to your existing customer. Instead of creating new products and services to add to the sales list, why not create a program that will create value to your home owner and have it delivered or preformed at a scheduled time and create a reoccurring sale that get charged to their credit card monthly.
