In this episode, Mitch picks up his story at the start of his second deployment to the middle east around 2006. He talks about his experience on his second deployment and how vastly different it was from his first. He talks about returning to the states a second time to start a family, and eventually realizing he was struggling immensely with PTSD. He talks about how discovering yoga, breathing work, and meditation saved his life. The episode ends his his journey to becoming a yoga instructor.
