Currently, John owns a consulting and recruiting firm in Scottsdale and strive to help businesses build healthy cultural environments for their people to work in and hematches great candidates to great careers assisting all to realize a better future.
All that John has experienced has guided him to a path of recovery, being clean and sober for 15 years. John recognizes himself as just another person with several above and below average qualities. John strives to be a non-judgmental and practice active listening knowing that there are many ways to interpret any situation.
