Our school has a beautiful tradition of gifting bibles to our 4th graders. They are encouraged to use these bibles at home and at school. These bibles are theirs to read, highlight, annotate, and learn to love God's word. "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." - Psalms 119: 105

8th graders at our school read the book THE COST OF COMPASSION: FIVE WOMEN WHO PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE by Barbara Ann Pawlikowski. This book tells the story of five women of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ who dedicated their lives to serving the poor in Liberia, West Africa. Some of these women are related to our students and families of our parishioners so it makes their mission and sacrifice all the more meaningful. Tune in to future podcasts that are devoted to each of the sisters' own life story and personal mission.
