  Real Estate is Changing - How Should We Respond?

• Alma: Always keep learning, and take your time building a relationship with your clients so you can earn their trust.

 How Can New Agents Avoid Common Mistakes?

• Cathy: Open, honest communication is always the most important thing – whether with your peers, leaders, or clients.
• Teresa: Get comfortable being uncomfortable. If you’re too comfortable, you’re not pushing yourself, and you’re not growing.
• AR: Listen intently to your client’s needs, and know all of the details of what you are selling so that you can be well-prepared.
