She is a Certified Professional Trainer in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She is also an International Speaker, Author and Transformational Coach. As a trainer of trainers in health and fitness she offers a holistic approach to her coaching and training. She cured herself of the debilitating autoimmune disease of Lupus. She also assisted the earthquake victims in China by writing and translating 5,000 copies of her “Good Grief” book and delivering them personally.
