Electrify America Receives Best in Business Honors
Electrify America has been named to the Inc. Best in Business list within the Best in Innovation category, featuring technology that drives meaningful results in the industry. This recognition highlights the company’s strategic execution of its battery energy storage system (BESS) rollout. Electrify America uses BESS to facilitate hyper-fast EV charging in grid-constrained locations. The system stores energy during low-usage periods to later supplement during times of high demand. This load-balancing capability allows the network to install Hyper-Fast chargers where traditional infrastructure serves as a bottleneck. It ensures consistent service delivery regardless of immediate grid limitations. Electrify America currently operates more than 170 BESS units nationwide representing over 65,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of installed energy storage. This infrastructure reduces strain on local electrical grids, shortens deployment timelines for new stations, and expands charging accessibility for a wider range of EV drivers.
Autel to Help UAE Electrify
Autel and Emarat EV Charging Stations Company (UAEV) have finalized a strategic Memorandum of Understanding to develop the United Arab Emirates’ EV charging infrastructure. The agreement was formalized during a visit by UAEV delegates to Autel’s global headquarters in Shenzhen. The partnership aims to address specific mobility needs within the UAE, including Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) interaction and battery-energy storage systems (BESS). Joint research and pilot programs will help optimize solutions for the national network. UAEV is currently executing a nationwide rollout plan with plans to install over 1,000 high-speed DC chargers by 2030. This initiative relies on the integration of adaptive and robust charging ecosystems, which is a pillar of Autel’s international platform.
