E63: Interview with Leda Mitrofanis

Leda is a Self-Development Counselor, Teacher, and Author. She is also the Founder and Director of Simply Leda. In this podcast episode we discuss the self identify and how it is affected by the influences throughout our lives and the subconscious patterns that we develop. In order to know where you are going, you need to know yourself first so self identity is crucial in both leadership and life.

We openly discuss the beauty of the journey in really getting to know, heal and identify self whilst also touching on some of the things that can create a place for people to become stuck and resistant to making beneficial changes in their lives. When we truly know self and have a strong connection with our self identity, it is then that we are able to present as our authentic selves, even when the environment (or others) try to trigger us into emotional responses.
