This is my account of anxiety based on my own research and applying these tools to myself. I hope this helps you gain a new perspective on anxiety. Having anxiety myself, I now know how to use it to my advantage and look at it as a tool that's guiding me in new, exciting, and challenging directions. It's a brilliant mechanism to help me continually learn something new about myself as I encounter all the ups and downs of life along the way.
