info_outlineToday I want to talk about the voices in your mind. The voices I’m speaking of are the things that you tell yourself, or that keep you from reaching your dreams and goals. Some people call them trolls. So today I want to speak exactly to this.

· You are a normal person just because you have these thoughts, doesn’t there something wrong with you.
· Everyone has these at some point other.
· Their voices are familiar, and if not, they will become familiar over time.
· The more you resist them, the worse they will get.
