This is akin to someone asking Bill Gates how he got so rich, and Bill replying with, "I'm rich because I spend less than I earn."... duh. It's simply not enough data!

As you may already know, I'm a big advocate of intermittent fasting, and a huge opponent to the dreaded calorie counting approach.
I get asked all the time; "Isn't intermittent fasting and cutting calories the same?"
Fasting is not about eating less, it's about eating less often. With that being said, you often times end up cutting calories by default, when intermittent fasting. Here's the thing, there's a vast difference between cutting calories and eating frequently throughout the day, and cutting calories and practicing intermittent fasting. I explain why in this podcast episode.
