June 26th, 2019- In this episode, Stephanie Britt talks about her own daughter experienced and kicked a mental block in her cheering years. Stephanie has helped her own child and hundreds of athletes who all of a sudden- would not go backward. In the world of all-star cheerleading, mental blocks are more common, due to the higher amounts of pressure on these athletes.
