Formal Education: Clarissa finished her doctorate at the California School of Professional Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Development. Her dissertation is titled Coaching from the Inside Out: Exploring internal coaching practices in organizations. In addition, she received coaching training at CTI, The Coaches Training Institute in Los Angeles. She also holds a certificate of holistic healing program at the Optimum Health Institute.
Clarissa joins us today to talk about chasing your dreams. She reflects on leaving her job to venture out and go back to her first love, which is art. She tells us how she’s now coaching other people to do the same, quit their 9-5, and follow their passions. We also discuss her summit business and she gave insightful advice on how to set up a successful event.
