Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

We need to break in and take inventory of what we have. What rules are serving us, what are not and let's just take inventory. What's the actual state of affairs right now? So we break down, what was the trigger? What was the cause now and break in? What’s taken inventory, what do we got? What do we got to work with here? What’s helping us, what’s not? Because if you know awareness is the first and necessary step to a any transformation, you have to have awareness first, so we did that in steps one and two. Step three is break through, break through is okay, I get it now I get it, now we need to take a radical step. We need to take very pronounced steps, so they say in boating, when your going towards another boat in order for that other boat to know which direction you're going in, they say you make a radical and demonstrable turn one way or the other. You don’t move a little bit, you turn the wheel hard right or hard left, hard to starboard, hard to port so the other oncoming boat knows oh they’re going that way, you do the same thing in your life.
