Thats if you make a mistake, but I hear about the mistake Carl, I forgot to send Peyton all the stuff for the meeting. You're going to get there and nothing's going to be there. I'm so sorry, my bad. You have amnesty from that mistake.

You will not get in trouble for that mistake. But if I get found here and Peyton's like, weren't you supposed to send me something? I never got anything. And I find out that you didn't, Melissa or Regina didn't send you everything. And then they come back like, oh, so sorry. You know, then all bets are off. So what I've done with my team and it's worked well over the years is I'll tell them and remind them now and again, I'll just say, listen, guys, mistake amnesty means if something happens, bring it to me first.

I can fix the problems. We can fix the problems that we know about. I can't fix the problems we don't know about.
