As CEO of Rockhill Asia and RH1, and Chairman & Co-founder of Ni Hao Ma, Claude’s mission is to create value by enabling people and businesses to unlock opportunities, generate impact, and inspire emotions—whether through education, entertainment, or the products his companies develop. Claude began his career in corporate leadership, holding senior roles with CT Corp, the franchisee of Carrefour in Indonesia, and Central Group, a leading Thai conglomerate, where he managed operations in the Vietnam market.

These experiences in trade, retail, supply chain, and strategic development shaped his expertise in cross-functional leadership and laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. In 2005, Claude moved to Asia, immersing himself in the booming energy of Shanghai, the cultural richness of Indonesia, and the vibrant growth of Vietnam. Over the past two decades, he has built ventures that blend innovation with operational excellence, driving growth and creating meaningful connections for clients and customers. 

At Ni Hao Ma, Claude has transformed Mandarin education by creating accessible and engaging learning experiences for students worldwide. Through RH1 Entertainment, he designs and delivers immersive family entertainment centers, pushing the boundaries of creativity and customer engagement. Rockhill Asia, his procurement outsourcing firm, focuses on optimizing supply chains and creating scalable value for diverse industries. Claude’s diverse background and multicultural experiences have shaped his vision to empower businesses and individuals. His work focuses on transforming ideas into impactful realities, fostering growth, and creating meaningful emotions through education, entertainment, and business solutions.

An American citizen with French roots, married to a Chinese wife, and a proud father of three daughters, Claude embodies a global perspective. His personal journey—spanning the dynamic growth of Asia’s key markets—reflects his professional ethos of bridging cultures, nurturing innovation, and building sustainable opportunities. Claude’s Advice

Find a way to build a routine. I would encourage people to find a good standard routine where they can get as much benefit for themselves first, and then family and then, funny enough, you put business last.

Because if you are not solid mentally yourself, and you don't have your loved ones close to you, you don't have a solid family that is loving and caring and is doing well, then business is meaningless. So your health is is the most important, and then followed by, you know, a caring ecosystem, a caring circle, and business will be fine.
