What if the thing blocking intimacy is the contract you didnāt even know you signed? Not a legal one. A silent one. The one that says: āIf you meet my needs, Iāll meet yours.ā āIf you make me feel safe, Iāll stay open.ā āIf you act how I expect, Iāll keep loving you.ā Itās a model most of us inherited. A tit-for-tat paradigm of partnership. One that feels familiar, even responsible. But also: One that quietly contracts our capacity for intimacy. This week on the podcast, Iām pulling back the curtain on the very personal experiment Iām doing in my...

What if the thing thatās actually keeping love out is your need for perfection? Not the lack of healing. Not the wrong timing. Not your history. But the subtle belief that you must show up flawless to be worthy of love. This came up for me in a recent moment that cracked me open ā and Iām sharing it, fully, in this weekās podcast. After two years of deep healing post-divorce, I met someone new. Someone wonderful. Someone real. And in his presence, Iāve met both the most surrendered version of myself⦠ā¦and the most activated. One afternoon, we were in the car together. I...

You know the feeling That quiet tension when someone asks what you want, and for just a moment... you pause. Not because you don't know, but because somewhere along the way, you learned to check with everyone else first. To make sure your desires were acceptable. Reasonable. Not too much. Maybe it started smallāwaiting for your partner's approval before making a decision. Checking with your mother before changing your hair. Asking your business mentor if your idea was "good enough" before moving forward. But over time, it became something bigger. You started waiting for...

Even the most outwardly successful women quietly wrestle with this. Theyāve achieved degrees. Built the career. Created a beautiful life. And yet⦠Confidence still feels elusive. It shows up in some momentsāand disappears in others. It feels conditional. Fragile. Dependent on things outside of you. In this weekās podcast, weāre unpacking why this happensāand how to finally shift into embodied confidence that doesnāt need proving or performance. Hereās what we explore: The subtle (but powerful) difference between ego-based and embodied confidence Why even high-achievers...

āFake it ātil you make it.ā Weāve all been taught this. Say the right affirmations. Walk like youāre confident. Act like youāve already changed. But hereās the truth no one talks about: You canāt fake your way into embodiment. And surface-level change will always crack under pressure. In todayās episode of the podcast, Iām unpacking why āacting as ifā creates more frustration than freedomāand what it actually takes to create change that lasts. Hereās why youāll want to press play: The hidden cost of āfake it ātil you make itā (and why it backfires) How...

We often think of intimacy as something we create with others. But what if the real portal to richer connection, more fulfilling relationships, and even deeper self-trust⦠was your emotional depth? In this weekās episode, Iām unpacking a powerful truth: You can only meet someone as deeply as youāve met yourself. Whether youāre navigating intimate partnerships, parenting, leadership, or friendshipāyour ability to hold space for others is directly shaped by your capacity to hold space for your own emotions. Inside this episode, youāll hear: The true definition of emotional...

This week, Iām sharing something personal. Not a framework. But a reflection on what itās been like to re-enter the dating world in my late 40s and rediscovering myself in the process. At 48, dating feels completely different than it did in my 30s. And it should. Because I am completely different. What Iāve realized is this: Dating isnāt about evaluating the otherāitās about witnessing yourself Most of us are still carrying outdated, fear-based paradigms around love and relationship You can desire intimacy without abandoning your own energy in the process And when you become...

In a world that glorifies the hustle, the most powerful thing a woman can do is hold stillness. Not check out. Not shut down. But root deeper into herself. Because when you learn to become the governing energy of your lifeā rather than reacting to everyone elseāsāyou become magnetic. Grounded. Unshakeable. Thatās exactly what Iām diving into on this weekās podcast episode. Weāll explore: Why most women unknowingly abandon their power (and how to stop) The real reason your energy feels scatteredāand how to reclaim it What it actually means to lead yourself How to cultivate...

What if you could move through life knowing, without a doubt, that you are capable of creating exactly what you desire? So many high-impact women look confident on the outsideābut behind the scenes, theyāre battling self-doubt, seeking validation, and second-guessing their every move. Thatās because most of us were taught ego-based confidenceāconfidence that is fleeting, dependent on external validation, and easily shaken by stress. But true, embodied confidenceāthe kind that is magnetic, unwavering, and self-sourcedāis something entirely different. And inside this weekās...
info_outlineInevitably, we all experience some form of wounding as children.
š¤ It's a part of our process.
š¤ It's a part of our journey in this lifetime.
š¤ It's a part of being human.
Ignoring your triggers and pretending that you arenāt feeling something in your body is doing a massive disservice to you, your soul and ultimately, to your ability to manifest with precision.
You cannot high-vibe your way out of feeling and working through your core wounds.
When something dark, uncomfortable or triggering comes up for you, donāt ignore it.
It will bubble up again, and again, and again over your lifetime.
The further you push it away, the more it will come back.
And it will contribute to you calling forward the things that you DONāT want.
It's important to be able to identify clearly what your core wounds are so that when these wounds come back up for you at different intervals throughout your life, you can recognize them.
When I talk about the cyclical nature of healing, it is not a linear process.
It is not a one and done.
It very much is a process of healing at deeper and deeper levels so that we can expand and step into greater levels of our personal power + our sovereign power as co-creators with the universe.
Tune into todayās episode of the podcast to learn about The Cyclical Nature of Healing + How it Affects Manifestation - itās powerful work and itās so important!
