- Enhancing focus is a skill that can be developed by understanding aspects that are out of your control and to be able to shift your attention purposefully on helpful things/processes that are within your control.
- A great question to aid your motivation is to go back to the question from time to time – Why do I play my sport?
- To maintain steady levels of confidence, recognising where you gain confidence from is key.
