Summer hollidays are approaching. We finally survived finals *thank god* and got all our test results back. I don’t know about you, but I wasn’t totally happy with how I did on my last few exams. After weeks and weeks of finals, I was so stressed and just worn out, that I couldn’t take it anymore. I fell off routine, felt down all the time and just couldn’t really study anymore. To be completely honest with you, these past few months have been quite the rough patch for me mentally. Big part of that is due to school stress, we all know it and it showed. Not just in some of my grades but also in my mental healthy going down the drain. So now, I took this past week to reflect and make a game plan on how to set myself up for (academic) success in the future. I made a bulletproof 5 step study plan for me to follow to guarantee not only succeeding in all of my exams, but also to stay on top of my mental health and well-being. This is truly all I know about studying and how to study best from study techniques, to time management and staying motivated. I truly believe that following this simple plan will not only help me make the academic comeback happen next year, but that it could help you so much, too!
