Ep. 42: things I wish I knew before starting my fitness journey
To all of you who want to to start your fitness journey, welcome! First of all, let me say that that’s amazing! Now, I know that there is a lot of information about working out and advice about kickstarting your personal journey with movement. As great as all of these resources are, I can understand, from personal experience, that it can be overwhelming to sort through them. So here are the 5 main things I wish I’d known when I started my fitness journey almost 4 years ago. If you are looking for advice on which exercises or diet to do, how to build a training plan and the science behind your workout, this episode is not right for you.
