Join Jenn McRobbie of The Author Incubator as she interviews author Sarah Richardson on the writing and publishing of her book, From Sidelines to Start Lines: The Frustrated Runner's Guide to Lacing Up for a Lifetime.

When Sarah starting writing her book, she had no idea it would be so much fun and how it would serve her business well. "The book has given me so much clarity and confidence around my business and that has been a wonderful surprise!" she said, adding that it had opened up a whole new unexpected world of opportunity.

Since her business involved helping frustrated runners get back in their groove, it made sense for her to write about the topic, especially since it had been her focus for years. Knowing from feedback that her book was able to speak directly to her audience was nothing short of amazing for her.
