And the pace is certainly revving up, don't you reckon?
In this week's call Karen and I revisit some of what you might be feeling as we bridge the gap between the old ways of doing and fearing and transition through the 'sticky grey matter' of the 4th dimension towards the Light of greater love, joy and peace. There's really only one question... am I being moved by fear or by LOVE?
So what's been going on recently on Planet Earth and beyond? (The day we recorded this call the death of Nelson Mandela was announced which touched us both deeply and we start the call with a prayer for his legacy).
For me the transition in to 5D is what we used to call "The Alchemy of Transformation"... turning baser metals into gold. Yep, our DNA is being (and has already been) upgraded and now we're almost being rebooted like a computer upgrade and it can often feel like being pulled in two directions at once. Frequently the swings of the pendulum between extremes of high and low, joy and depression, love and fear seem even more exacerbated than before but I wonder if it's sometimes just a test to see how centered I can remain in the midst of the hurricane!
Life is certainly dishing out some unexpected gifts ~ both 'good' and 'bad' as we peel back the layers of the onion and allow the wounds to heal from the inside out.

We've come a long way in this last year even if at times it seems like we're still stuck in our old patterns.
