Today's podcast is all about how small acts of generosity and random acts of kindness can transform our world and shift the collective energy from pain and fear to LOVE!

Kim Trumbo is one of those people ~ a young (compared to me anyway!) woman who heard the call one day to begin podcasting and feature people from all over the world in not for profit organisations or individuals acting singly, helping and contributing to the lives of others in humble and heartwarming ways.
In honour of the 2nd Birthday of Global Love Letters we begin by reminding people about how easy it is to make someone's day by writing an anonymous love letter and leaving it for a stranger to find. Then we go on to talk about other ways of making a significant, positive impact on someone's life... if there's one thing that is clear from chatting with Kim, she underlines the fact that even though we all face inevitable challenges in our lives, one doesn't have to be famous or wealthy to be active in making the world a better place!
All it takes to create an entire movement is the desire and determination of any one person and Kim is out there lightling the way!
