Her eyes were opened when she came to Dublin to pursue a career in counselling and discovered the harm reduction work that Merchant’s Quay was doing in the city.
When Dawn joined the front line team at Ana Liffey over 19 years ago, she quickly found herself assisting people at their lowest ebb through addiction, homelessness, mental health or domestic violence issues.
Always pushing for change and a desire to make even more impact, she rose to the role of CEO and now oversees the provision of services to 5,000 clients per annum in Dublin, Balbriggan and LImerick.
