Justine brought to our attention the moral courage and understanding of the structural, cultural, and social contexts needed to undertake OD in complex environments. Angelika shares with us how her work, based on Gestalt principles, works with communities with a history of trauma, and invites people to use their whole intelligence and stresses the vital importance of being fully present in the field as we strive to bring about effective and impactful OD.
About Angelika Burovski
Angelika Burovski was born in Switzerland but returned to North Macedonia with her family when she was ten years old, around the end of the Balkan conflict in 1999. Angelika is trained in Gestalt and has a MSc in Organisation Development, with a main focus on Gestalt and System Mapping methodology. Six years ago, Angelika founded the GO Centre for Organisation Development with a team of 9 associates, based in Skopje, working with ‘ whole intelligence’ in supporting individuals, teams and organisations. Angelika shares her passion for Gestalt through teaching and consulting in Skopje, London and Oslo. Angelika is currently Co-Chair of ODN Europe.
