Even though John and Emily are both naturally homebodies, even they are getting a little restless when it comes to being told to Stay Home. And that leads to some stress eating, unfortunately. But we’re figuring things out as we go along, as per usual.

- Be aware of the Scarcity Mentality that many of us are in. This raises our stress and many of us hold onto weight when our stress is up. Thank goodness for yoga, mindfulness and making plans you look forward to.
