compromised that we no longer recognize what we’ve lost.

She challenges us to ask:
1. Are we letting what we want become louder than what God said?
2. Are we protecting what God has entrusted to us?
3. Have we confused God’s grace with His approval?
4. Are we relying on someone else’s prayers, faith, or anointing instead of cultivating our own
relationship with Jesus?

The story of the ten bridesmaids in Matthew 25 reminds us that having a lamp isn’t the same as
having oil. We cannot live off someone else’s anointing. We need our own oil. We need our own
relationship with Jesus. And above everything God has called us to carry, the greatest thing we can carry is His
presence.

Bekah also shares part of her personal journey with her husband Elijah, the prayers she prayed
when others didn’t yet understand their relationship, and how God’s faithfulness brought what
He had shown her full circle.
