Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
Something something, we didn’t even make an Eldrad Must Die reference somehow.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
I used to have ESP, then I took an arrow to the brain.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
I have plenty of questions about this episode, to be honest.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
This week on Inevitable: mild conflict over whether this episode is good or not.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
Today’s not-title title: “The Huskies of the Cat World”.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
UFO really gunning for the Prisoner too with these one word titles.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
It’s like putting on your old comforting sweater.
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
If this had a title, it would be “The Illuminati-esque Drawings of a Four Year Old”
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
Warning: this episode is filled with deceit
Inevitable: A Classic Sci-Fi Podcast
I think we should rename ourselves to Podcasting Overlords.
If this had a title, it would be “The Illuminati-esque Drawings of a Four Year Old”
We have a tendency here at Decorative Vegetable towers to use the suffix “-esque” to describe things. We’ve done it on Trust Your Doctor (“PJ Hammond-esque”) and here on Inevitable (also “PJ Hammond-esque”), and now we do it once more. No, we didn’t use “PJ Hammond-esque” in this episode. It’s The Children, written by Matthew Graham and aired on December 16, 2015.
Show-notes:
10:28: We paid attention to these episodes.
14:07: Gonna be a bit of a lunatic and link the Harry Potter wiki page for the sign of the deathly hallows so you can see what I’m talking about. (Editor’s note: Literally what about this is being a lunatic?)
41:30: I was googling whether or not you’re supposed to dilute Koolaid and I kept finding people who have some sort of Koolaid lab for kids to understand concentrations and dilution. Neat? (Editor’s note: Yeah I mean I don’t know either. I just made this up on the spot. Sounds right though.)
53:30: don’t worry, the other guys name is Danny Glover.
1:01:32: This has to be at least the fifth time I’ve linked this Titanic meme for the podcast.
1:03:32: Sense*
1:05:12: We watched A Fistful of Dollars and the rest of the Dollars Trilogy on our movie trilogy podcast Triple Play: A Movie Trilogy Podcast.
1:05:40: I tried to find a clip of Cheyenne’s death in the movie but I could not. Oh well.
1:06:47: Here’s the poster for Once Upon a Time in the West.
1:15:00: What the hell is a microgenre and why do we call vaporwave a microgenre?
