More Episodes

At 38 years old, I was diagnosed with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy—a condition I didn’t even know existed until it nearly killed me. On top of that, I developed AFib and AFlutter, which means my heart would spike to 140–240 beats per minute and just stay there for hours—or even days. I was hospitalized over 60 times, cardioverted multiple times (that’s the “clear!” shock you see in movies), and lived in constant fear of the next episode. I had to lay down just walking up a flight of stairs. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t move. I was falling apart.

Fast forward to today: I’ve lost 100 pounds, built 30 pounds of muscle, and for three years, I kept those heart issues at bay—not with more meds, not with surgeries, but with discipline, a carnivore diet, and relentless exercise.

But I want to be clear—I didn’t get here easy. I’ve had:

  • A broken back since I was 19.

  • A 25-year opioid addiction I had to crawl out of.

  • Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy so bad that top cardiologists told me I’d likely end up in a chair.

  • AFib that has landed me in the ER eight times in three weeks—just last month.

I’ve had two ablation surgeries, the latest just days before I recorded this. And yet, I’m walking 4 miles a day, lifting weights, sitting in the sauna, eating clean, and doing what they say people like me simply can’t do.

Doctors told me I was an anomaly—“the sickest healthy person” they’ve ever seen. They also said that if more patients did what I’ve done, they’d have fewer patients. That's the real takeaway here.

This video isn’t a brag. It’s not about showing off. It’s a blueprint—a warning shot to your excuses and a lifeline to your willpower. If I can do this with a broken body, a sick heart, and years of suffering, you can too.

Whether you're battling AFib, cardiomyopathy, obesity, addiction, or just the defeat that comes with living in a body that’s not working like it should—this is for you. I’m sharing my story because I want you to know there’s a path forward.

And if you need help? DM me. I give away my walk time every day. Four miles, an hour of my time, no charge. Just a conversation to help get you started.
