Harmony Slater is one out of two Female certified Ashtanga teachers in Canada. This means she has completed and has been accredited to teach advanced series - an honour very few teachers have achieved.

Furthermore, she is a mother and graduate of Philosophy and Religion. She is therefore, well placed to help students of yoga on their journey; one that she herself has been on for the last 25 yrs, having also taught for most of those.

She occupies a rare position with similarly unique insight on the subject of practice and teaching, combining a down to earth approach within a clear and thoughtful style of presentation.
