When your kid calls Grandma to save the prom date—you know something good is happening. This episode is all about creating outcomes on purpose. I talk through how small, intentional practices over the years shaped my son's ability to handle a curveball, reach out for support, and problem-solve in real time. Today, I’m talking about what it means to focus on what’s working. In a world that often emphasizes “what’s missing,” I want to offer a different lens. Instead of constantly measuring ourselves against where we should be, what if we paid more attention to how far we’ve come? This episode is about choosing to live from progress, not pressure—because the way we measure our growth matters more than we think. Loved this conversation?
