Beth Sandlin discusses how her personal journey with cancer led her to discover the benefits of Pilates, and how she now approaches Pilates and holistic wellness with a focus on supporting women in midlife and menopause. She emphasizes Pilates' ability to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance - all important for maintaining health and function as we age.

Beth explains how Pilates can benefit mental health, reducing stress and even lowering dementia risk. She encourages a flexible, seasonal approach to exercise that adapts to different life stages and energy levels, rather than rigidly sticking to a single routine. Developing self-compassion and using our life experience as wisdom are also key.
